The timeline for project delivery varies depending on the scope and complexity of the solution. Once we review your requirements and design a plan, we will provide a clear schedule. For a simple website with three to four pages, the process typically takes up to one week, while a full e-commerce website, including testing, generally requires around three weeks. Minor automation tools can be completed within two days, billing software with inventory management takes approximately four to ten days depending on the size of the product list, and institutional or enterprise-level tools may require 120 to 150 days for full development and deployment.
We provide post-launch support and maintenance packages to ensure smooth project performance, with all bug fixes offered free of charge for six months following deployment, while major changes requested within the first thirty days after launch are complimentary and any such requests beyond that period will be subject to standard service fees.
We regularly integrate with existing platforms, APIs, and codebases, reviewing your current setup during the discovery phase to advise the most effective approach. While integration with existing systems is fully possible and can be achieved without data loss or other issues, it may occasionally introduce errors or result in slower performance. For optimal efficiency, we generally recommend a complete overwrite, though we can also work seamlessly with your existing infrastructure if preferred.
We follow a project-based pricing model to ensure transparency and avoid unexpected costs. Pricing is discussed after we fully understand your requirements, with the goal of remaining affordable without compromising quality. Our rates are intentionally kept low, as our primary focus is on delivering value rather than maximizing profit, which is why the pricing may sometimes appear unusually inexpensive. However, when working with existing systems or codebases, costs may be higher than our standard pricing due to the additional effort required for analysis, understanding, and adaptation of legacy structures.
Mostly, we do not provide the source code for applications, SaaS platforms, or AI agents, as these often rely on proprietary frameworks, reusable modules, and intellectual property that form the foundation of our solutions. Clients are given full access to use the delivered product and retain ownership of their data and assets, but the underlying code typically remains with us to ensure security, maintainability, and consistency across projects. If complete code ownership is required, it can be discussed and negotiated as part of the contract, though this usually involves additional costs and considerations.
